Last night I got to hang out with a mélange of multicultural bloggers. We had negroes, asians, latinas, indians, and people who i didn't even know what the hell they were. (Sorry whitey, no room for you tonight (actually I do remember one paleface joining us briefly). We drank sangria and accused people of racism deep into the night. Good times, good times...
I might get into this some more and do a Party Crash in a couple days. Or, like the government in times of crisis, I might just forget about those irrelevant minorities (oh snap, take that government!).
But in the meantime in-between time, don't let my narrow lens be your guide. Here are links to some good, intelligent, and often irreverent ETHNO-bloggers. If you're looking to diversify your worldview, or to get a quote from a real live ethnic individual with a brain and foreign currency in their pocket, please do check them out.

Great meeting you man. The paleface is actually half Indian, and a solid dude :)
ReplyDeleteIt was fun! Look forward to doing it again. :) Hopefully the waitress won't make us state our exact racial make-up next time.
ReplyDeleteYes, good times, good times...more refreshments and accusations of racism will surely be forthcoming...
ReplyDeleteCheers.
I hope to be there next time. I had to take the little guy back to his mama in Georgia.
